For all of you that have registered as a head coach:

We plan to provide the latest player list tomorrow, likely later that day. Preliminary rosters are scheduled to be sent out the evening of 07/15 for as many divisions as possible. We still need baseball head coaches as follows: one for 3/4YOs, two for 5YOs, two for 9YOs, two for 13/14YOs. And we need softball head coaches: one for 5/6YO (if we get more players) and one for 7/8YO (if we get more players).

We will be sending the practice form (later this evening) to each of you from bbcfieldrequest@gmail.com. That is the email we use for field related activities - requests, changes, etc. Once received, complete and return to us at that email address. Practices start two weeks from today. 

All of our volunteers (head coaches and assistants) are required to complete four online courses, every three years. Three courses are free, one is $10. Here is the link to those courses. Over the past year, we have had to sign an annual legal document agreeing to follow the training that was be a result of the TN Safe Stars Act. So, required, not an option for us. Next week, we will be compiling a list of coaches and will enter previously received class certificates. And those we don't have, if already completed, just follow the link above and retrieve the certificates at the NFHS website. We hold the certificates at bbccoachdocs@gmail.com. If you know you haven't completed the courses, please proceed to do that. It is ideal to send all four at one time, as opposed to four emails, to the bbccoachdocs@gmail.com email address.
