To Head Coaches

Attached (link) is the practice schedule through 10/10/26. 

• Our 6YO & Younger rec baseball teams are not scheduled for further practices after games start on 08/17. 
• Our rec baseball teams and 7/8YO softball teams end their practices on 09/27 and then have a tournament starting 10/01. 
• Our remaining softball teams in the WCPR league end their practices prior to their final game, the week of 10/05.

Your Actions:

1. If you are not going to use any space, please let us know. We would like to reassign the space if timely notification is given.

Remaining Club Actions:

1. We still need to fill in practices on 09/05 (Saturday before Labor Day). This info was previously collected when coaches submitted their practice requests.

2. For our rec baseball (12YO & Younger) and 7/8YO softball teams, please ignore the game schedule in the attached. We do expect to complete the game schedule by this Thursday evening (07/30).

3. We will complete the remainder of the practice schedule for travel teams by the middle of next week.

4. We need to upload the schedule to our website so parents can see their practice schedule. Until then, head coaches have the schedule to share.
