WINTER 2024/2025 BASKETBALL – Boys & Girls Divisions
Minimum roster per team = 8 players
Coed Division
Divisions Offered:
· Pre-K / Kindergarten Division
Coed Division Notes:
· Team rosters are set based on parent requests, neighborhoods and schools.
· Teams will only play other Brentwood teams.
· Teams will have the first weekly weekday practice slots at each gym or a weekly Sunday practice slot,

· We will provide up to 5 scheduled practices before games start, 2 additional scheduled practices after games start in December (between 8th-19th) and then 5 scheduled practices in 2025 before the last regular season game of the season.
Girls REC Divisions
Divisions Planned:
· 1st Grade Division
· 2nd Grade Division
· 3rd Grade Division
· 4th Grade Division
· 5th Grade Division
Girls REC Division Notes:
· Players cannot play down.
· For grade divisions, players will be removed from program if not identifying current grade accurately. Grade confirmation by player will be required.

· For grade divisions, teams will only play other Brentwood teams
· For practices scheduled during the week, the younger ages will receive the earlier weekday practice times, while the older ages will get the later times.

Boys Other REC Divisions
15/16YO REC division (Limited to returning teams from 2023-2024 season)
· Age is based on player age on 09/01/24. Players are not allowed to play down.
· Teams bring their entire roster. This is an option for coaches in rec (9/10yo and older) that only want certain players and their parents register after we are full.
· A parent from the team must be the head coach. No youth head coaches are allowed.
· Teams will follow the WCPR rules of play.
· Teams will play teams from other associations across the WCPR affiliated leagues.
· We will provide up to 5 scheduled practices before games start, 2 additional scheduled practices after games start in December (between 8th-19th) and then 5 scheduled practices in 2025 before the last regular season game of the season. Once the last regular season game is played and the tournament starts, we do not provide practice space. Boys OPEN (Travel) Division

· Age is based on player age on 09/01/24. Players are not allowed to play down.
· Goal Height: 10’
· Ball Size: 28.5" for 9/10YO and 29.5” for all others
· Teams bring their entire roster. We will not place any players on a roster. Do not register here unless you are already on a team.

· Teams will play teams from other associations across the WCPR affiliated leagues.
