Key Dates for Baseball / Softball Fall 2024 Season
06/12/24 – Registration opened at 10:00AM for our rec programs for baseball and softball
06/19/24 – Registration opens at 10:00AM for our travel programs for baseball and softball
06/26/24 – Last day for early bird player discount for our rec programs
07/10/24 – Registration late period starts at noon for rec division; divisions start to close depending on remaining openings.
07/10/24 – This is the last day for a player refund. After this date, there is no refund. We will provide a partial refund if a replacement player is found.
07/13/24 – Lockdown for rec division head coach determination (i.e. final list of head coaches to be set)
07/18/24 – Preliminary rec division rosters to be sent to head coaches. Usually takes another day to make final
07/28/24 – Practice schedule to be set
08/01/24 – Rec division game schedule to be set
08/02/24 – Practices start
08/02/24 – Dick's Sporting Goods Shop Day at Cool Springs location (through 08/04)
08/19/24 – Rec division softball games start
08/24/24 – Rec division baseball games start
10/03/24 – Rec division baseball games end
10/04/24 – Rec division softball games end
11/17/24 –Last day for practices for travel teams

List of travel teams registered for the fall

FIRST TIME REGISTERING: When you are at our website (brentwoodballclub.com), in the upper right, there are two links shown as "Register | Login". As a new user, click the "Register" link. The system will ask you for an email address and then you will create a password. The system will then send an email to the email address you used asking you to verify your email address. Once that is complete, the system will start the registration process.

If your player ends up on the wait list, if and once activated, you will have 24 hours to pay. The reason for the limit is because if activated, it would likely be during the roster setting process, so we have a short window to complete.
